Offering over 3,000 square feet of interior space and over 4,000 square feet of outside deck space. Designed for your comfort and enjoyment, it features 5 bedrooms, (5) full baths (2) 1/2 baths. Wyndsong is uniquely designed to be customized to accommodate groups of all sizes up to 5 bedrooms, or 10 persons.

The lower floor is a one bedroom complete with a kitchenette. Level 2 is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 ½ bath with a fully equipped kitchen and large living area. Level 1 & 2 can be combined to make a 3 bedroom with a separate, indoor stairwell. Level 3 is a spacious 1 bedroom with a large fully equipped kitchen and 1 ½ baths. Level 4 is a studio apartment. All floors are connected by an indoor stairwell with private entrances. All levels share a 5th floor sundeck with the best views on Utila.

You will enjoy modern, fully furnished kitchens with all top of the line stainless appliances and hand painted Talavera tile. In addition to the main living room on the second floor, the first floor suite includes separate living area and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee pot and mini-fridge. The main living area is on the second floor along with two bedrooms, dining and beautiful kitchen. All floors have deck access and views of the clear waters of the Caribbean and the blue mountains of mainland Honduras in the distance. All rooms have custom tile floors, air conditioning, cable TV and wi-fi. All interior doors and cabinets are custom build from beautiful, native Honduran hardwood.

Only 60 feet from ocean’s edge, you have the convenience of SCUBA shore diving right in front of the house with over five fantastic dive sites right outside your door. You will be only five minutes from town on a bicycle or golf cart. From the top deck enjoy breathtaking views of both sunrises and sunsets, extremely private sunbathing with unequaled views of Utila, the Caribbean Sea and 360 degree horizon to horizon view for stargazing at night.
